Our Mission
Every mat on this site is bought with our own money and tested for weeks before we write a single word. We don't accept free products from manufacturers. We don't sell sponsored placements. Our only loyalty is to you, the reader.
How We Test
Each mat undergoes a minimum of 20 hours of practice across different conditions:
- Grip test — Dry, slightly sweaty, and hot yoga conditions
- Cushion test — Kneeling, sitting, and balance poses on hard floors
- Durability test — 30+ practice sessions over 4 weeks
- Portability test — Rolling, carrying, and traveling with the mat
- Cleanability test — How well does it withstand regular cleaning?
